I've used Ashley Services twice in the last 2 years. Once to fix the self-propelling mechanism and once to fix after hitting the blade on a massive rock. On both occasions they were professional and helpful. On the blade issue they re-seated the blade and checked the lawn mower over before sending me on my way without any charge! That's the customer service that will guarantee that I go back for servicing and any other repairs. Small business service at its best - thank you!

I have been using Ashley Services for the past twenty years or so, which says a lot. If you want cups of coffee and a warm smile from a young, customer service centric receptionist when you arrive, don't go to Ashley Services. If you want your machine repaired or serviced effectively and at a reasonable price, they should be top of your list. Thanks to Nigel and team for all your help over the years

My experience of Ashley Services was the exact opposite of the previous reviewer’s. I went to Cliftons, had a bad time there, (read their review on their Google reviews if you want. That’s an unhappy hour I’ll never get back) and then visited Nigel. He sat me down and spent 40 minutes talking me through (definitely not a salesman-he explains) the catalogue of machines he hoped to get in for his winter stock. I’m tall so had specific requirements; handle height adjustment, I also wanted a roller. But I ended up buying an Ego battery mower that has everything I wanted, for the price I wanted, that turned out to be in stock. I really couldn’t have been happier and won’t cast my shadow on the doors at Clifton’s ever again.
