First time using the company and not a bother. The order process was easy and simple and the postage was fast. I was looking for what seemed to be a hard part to find in the UK. Ebay and Amazon we're £30+ with many weeks delivery (probably from China or the EU). These came very quickly which kept me boarding on my electric skateboard.

Very little knowledge of the item I required. I explained what I the TYPE if item I required, THEY ORDERED the item for me based on THEIR OPINION of what they thought I required - which didn't work and was not suitable for my use. Blaze (the so called sales manager) then refused to refund the £700. AWFUL COMPANY I'D NEVER USE AGAIN! Note: review left by MOORE is believed to be the owner of this company - wonder why he gave 5 stars?
