    Was my number one place for sales and service, but an inconvenient issue with aftersales has changed my view. Hayter Pro costing £1300 and needed new handlebars 7 month's in which was still under warranty so obviously expected the cost to be covered, but was charged £25 as I was told Hayter only cover a certain amount of warranty fee regardless of the time and effort the dealer puts in!? At the time I didn't want the dealer to lose out so paid without an issue! But after talking with Hayter and a number of other dealer's it's clearly evident they shouldn't have charged it. They did however offer to repay the fee after conversations over the phone, but kindly refused. Would have been a good £2000 worth of business going their way this season but going elsewhere in future.
