We moved in 2020 and used Ashley, and then again for another move this year: he was our first choice. Ashley was extremely helpful, attended within a couple of days of my calling him, and the clean was outstanding. It is a competitive rate for a full clean, including carpets, and the results both times were fantastic. We had an end of tenancy clean and the end result is incredible. It was spotless, smelled fresh and overall look amazing. We barely recognised the place! Ashley was so friendly and professional as well. He always responded to me quickly even when I had last minute questions and on the day he was on time and really personable. Did an extremely poor job for an end of tenancy clean, to the point of leaving bits of broken glass on the floor and leaving very basic places like skirting boards and behind furniture untouched. We ultimately were forced to go around sorting things out ourselves, and then pay for an additional cleaner. Ashley never honoured the refund despite agreeing to the amount. It's a real shame because he did a fine job a few years ago on a different rental property, but this was awful. Update: Having seen this review, Ashley issued the refund.
