After reading the negative I felt compelled to counter balance. I have two small children and every time one of them is sick we are seen on the day and every doctor we have seen has been brilliant. We are truly grateful to have such a great surgery in Leatherhead.

I've been a patient for Ashley medical practice for 17 years but had to leave moving home. Received an email from my GP within 24hrs that I am discharged without knowing that my new surgery excepted me - which they haven't yet! As a cancer patient I need my monthly repeat prescription which now I cannot order! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Very disappointed in Linden house in my opinion the surgery has gone down hill very fast . I filled in the usual annoying on line form over 2 weeks ago about a problem . I had A Dr call me gave me a prescription it didnā€™t work . I filled out another form last week . Got referred to the GP Hub . A lovely phone call with. Dr . But no real progress so phoned today about the same problem as the On line service is overwhelmed and not receiving any emails and the best they can do is get a Dr to call me in a weeks time . I feel sorry for the receptionist as she has to deal with disgruntled patients but the system stinks . Especially the stupid bit at the end of the on line form . Asking what would you do if you couldnā€™t get through . Since I posted this I have had to visit the surgery Nurse Clare over a procedure that left me with a slightly open would . Her treatment and advice had helped enormously . This Lady always has a cheerful welcoming smile her manor is very comforting . For the procedure I have had to go to St Marks hospital in Harrow or their other hospital the central Middlesex hospital in Kenton This was due to asking to be referred because the so called surgeon Mr Raja and his team at Epsom General Hospital were totally useless . I have had to have a few appointments at The other 2 hospitals because the Mr Raja and his team never carried them out

So sick of ringing this GP to chase up my mother's prescriptions. Constant battle that has been going on for 4 months now. They keep sending her scripts to the wrong pharmacy over and over, even when I literally spell it out to them where to send it. If my mum was on her own she'd be dead right now having not received life-saving medication, as would any other vulnerable patient. Absolute disgrace. Don't even get me started on their awful online system. Whoever even heard of online requests being 'closed for the day'. Maybe if they just did some work to clear the deluge of ignored and desperate patients, they could leave their online forms open and actually work efficiently. Receptionist told me if they did pharmacy requests on the phone 'they'd be stuck on the phone all day!' ...isn't that your job? Might prevent me from spending an average of 20mins on hold on the phone every time I have to call them to fix their latest c**k up. Edit 17/03/2023. My review was written sometime in August 2022. The issue of mum's medications not arriving is still ongoing. Today when I tried to email the management team directly nearly all of them are on leave. So now I have to ring again, if I don't get a response soon, and go over the entire problem again with the reception team. If that doesn't work, I'll have to go and beg the Pharmacy to give me an emergency script again. I cannot believe how dreadful this GP is.

The online form is a great way to get appointments booked for times when you are available and I always get a response quickly. The doctors have always been really helpful and listen to my experiences and issues unlike my old GP! Really recommend.

The online form was straightforward and resulted in a face to face appointment. Treatment was within 2 weeks with results and follow up next day.
