Unfortunately they have A LOT room for improvement. I requested 2 weeks in advance a DEEP CLEAN and oven cleaning. On the day 15min after I followed up (because it was clear that they forgot) and they said that it was because my bank details weren’t in the system ( nobody never asked me that in advance) then she said that she should arrive in a few minutes. She took 1h to arrive and alone she took 40min to clean my house. I asked about the oven and she didn’t remember about it. Then I enquired about the deep clean and she said that she cleaned the skirts. Sorry? Lastly when I asked how much she was going to charge me she said £30 for this 40min cleaning!!! The excuse was that It was mentioned in the contract that the minimum charge was £30 and I said well, I contract a DEEP clean and oven cleaning. How do you want to charge me according to the contract if you haven’t delivered what I bought?! She then offered me a discount and ended up charging me £22 for 40min forgotten cleaning. This was the most expensive cleaning I have paid in my life!!! And for of course what I haven’t asked for. I strongly suggest you to improve your customer service! Ps: they were the most expensive ones and I only picked them because they could do the deep cleaning and oven at the same visit. Service: Deep clean
