Reviewed my paperwork legal advice given confirmed I did not need to do anything. Man seen clearly knowledgeable made s phone call on my behalf to check what he had said to me about his understanding of the issue and confirmed I did not need to do anything with the manager of the organisation I was sent info about. Good parking. Time of appt etc all well.managed.

I rang about asking for help with PIP forms due to disability and not being able to write due to the problems I have now and then had this lady telling me about my own life and about me playing football. I find this a little bit of an invasion of privacy as I never told this lady anything as regards when I played football and t he n she was trying to tell me that there was nothing unlawful which again has nothing to do with why I called and the help that I was asking for in filling in the forms and since then has ignored my reply to her email when she said there been a misunderstanding, there was no misunderstanding and this lady was being nosey and invading my privacy and life. Even after raising a complaint this establishment then try to tell me that I brought up Pro football which I had no. We’d to as it has nothing to do with what I was calling, also have been unable to provide me any valid reason for why this woman was bringing this up and then said we can offer you a form filling in appointment but not within the time scale meaning they have completely wasted my time and left me without being able to sort out these forms. They’re a complete waste of time and space which has now resulted in the start of 3 operations I am to have being delayed because of this
