Great panel beating and paintwork, highly recommend this bodyshop, no trace of incident and had both sides of the car across multiple panels in for repair. My car came here after being damaged on its door, I had high expectations after reading the reviews and website but I’ll have to admit I was massively disappointed. The service was subpar and I felt quite let down, my car was damaged in June and the garage knew my car was coming to them from this date. My appointment came around finally in November and after some miscommunication i arrived to be told my car wasn’t booked in and they had no idea where the part was, there is a massive delay on car parts and I understand that but to get the response “you’re lucky you don’t have a Mercedes as the wait is 3 months” after I waited nearly 6 months for a car door was a bit of a kick in the teeth. I went away feeling quite upset and spent the next two months endlessly chasing the parts hub and Vauxhall themselves, something I feel the garage could have made some effort to do or atleast tell me if they were. After speaking to the parts hub it came to my attention the part hadn’t actually been ordered until September 3 months after they knew it was coming to them. So had it actually have been ordered in June it would have more than likely been there for my appointment date, and saved me all that hassle when I had a new baby. They will probably say it’s because they didn’t want the part sitting around but that’s not really the customers problem when they are coming to them for the service, which they then couldn’t supply due to the part not being there on time. I went to another garage for my other car and the difference is black and white, I’ve left much happier. The repair itself was ok but after how it was handled I just wouldn’t use them again, for a company that prides itself on customer service I cant say what I received was something to be proud of and it was a huge shame, sorry. They also spotted a warning light on the dashboard & carried out a diagnostic free of charge, saving me nearly £100. Staff were friendly & bent over backwards to help. Thank you for such excellent service! Couldn't recommend them more highly.
