Lovely little site, very friendly owners, spotlessly clean everywhere. It's only a small site but nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to the bus stop , very convenient to get into York. A lovely little village within a Mile walk with a nice pub. The site has a very well stocked shop and a games room, playground for kids. On the whole a good location and very well presented site. If up near York again we would definitely stay here again

This is a very well maintained site and one we would happily recommend and return to. The facilities are excellent and clean. Great value too. Locally there is a pub serving food, petrol station and bus stop to York (£2).

What a lovely, well laid out site. Nice shop, the toilet block is excellent, warm and clean. Although just over four miles from York, it has easy access by very frequent buses. We stayed three nights for the York Marathon and we had a great stay. There is a great kids play area, dog friendly and even has a picnic area. First class.
