    I joined this surgery before Christmas and they have been fantastic. I saw the nurse after Christmas and she was brilliant I went for a blood test yesterday had a text this afternoon to tell me my blood test had come back and need to take medication and that the Dr had sent my prescription to my chosen pharmacy

She listen to me very carefully and gave me assurance she will do her best to treat me. She is an asset for NHS and very hard working doctor I really appreciate her efforts. I can say she is the one of the best doctor I've seen in my life.

    I've been asked by a doctor to call as urgent. And book an appointment WOW SERIOUSLY WORRIED. Called after 10:00 as advised in the text. GUESS WHAT??? After 86 times calling , 87 time I got though to be told "I have no idea what you are you talking about". If there was an option to add their text on here I would. DISGRACEFUL

    Receptionist is rude and they don't want to give you appointments if they think so,,, they believe is doctor after they ask you what we have more time happened they said to call tomorrow . OR I WANT TO SPEAK with my Dr and I want appoiment said no . I don't recommend or better to change Receptionist.
