Absolutely 1st class,from accommodation, to staff(especially lynn) breakfast was amazing, rooms clean with fresh linen and towels +complementary water and preseco on arrival! This was a 5 day break for me and the wife and this adilic location couldn't have been better,will definitely be returning! Many thanks again from Neil and Tracey Wilkinson! Rooms: Luxurious! Nearby activities: All creatures great and small what more can I say Walkability: Everywhere Food & drinks: Everywhere

We have just returned from Ashfield house, what a gem of a place, we have stayed for 2 nights, we were met on arrival by Steve and his brother Richard such lovely people, made us so welcome, our room was perfect spotless and cosy, lovely flowers in the room a nice touch and 2 small bottles of prosecco we were their for our wedding anniversary so we celebrated with that, our room looked out onto the pretty garden, lots of nice touches around the house, we were able to get extra milk, sugar, tea and coffee, when we required it. Rooms: Lovely spotless room, nice comfy bed and pillows, great shower and bath, little extras. Walkability: From Ashfield house the village of Grassington is so close by and a great base for getting further a field. Food & drinks: Breakfast was just perfect lots of variety. they have a honesty bar which is nice.

Lovely cottage ideally situated just off the main square.We were greeted on arrival and there was a welcome gift. Anyone with any physical difficulties could struggle on the stairs. We could have done with some more coat hangers.

Fantastic place to stay , right in the heart of grassington, but still could hear pin drop, lovely & quiet. The hosts were brilliant couldn’t do enough for us as a family. We stayed in the cottage wow!! What a beautiful place with hi end mattress.
