Had a appointment today with Dr Blagden & her dental nurse Sydney I believe her name was. Wonderful service from start to finish, Dr Blagden was very informative with all issues regarding my tooth. I was a nervous patient but thankfully Sydney was on hand to keep me calm and make sure I was relaxed for my examination. Will happily re visit them again!

Was with Dr Wall who was unbelievably good but unfortunately due to his retirement I got moved to this dental practice. After moving here I found the very unpleasant reception staff difficult to deal with over the phone, I had an issue with my teeth that had developed into a bigger problem because of this practice that went on for just over a year. Moved myself to another practice and got the issue put right on my first appointment.

I have literally just left here from a well needed check up & I can hand on heart say that this is the best dentist I have ever visited (& I have been round the block many times so to speak). Within the first minute of me going in, my dentist (Emily) made me totally relaxed & put most other dentists I have met to shame .Emily explained every thing she was doing & I mean every single step. Unfortunately due to my constant grinding & clenching I do have to return for some work-but you know what-I'm not even dreading it like I normally would. This customer service extended from the lovely lady who showed me in & the staff behind the counter when I left. Honestly, I cannot praise them enough. Whoever wrote the review about bad customer care is either a liar, a tw*t or both -in my opinion of course :)

I have recently had a tooth problem of which I was very happy with the treatment offered.
