I entered and was looking for a house to rent for next year. I was asked by Rashed about my budget and specifications for the house and was immediately shown houses. I chose the ones that interested me and booked viewings. The viewings were booked on the spot and it was such a quick process, I think it took 10 minutes in total. Rashed got back to me in case I was interested in one of the houses, and made sure to answer absolutely any question I had in mind, which was quite professional, and something I do not experience often when interacting with agents.

Seem poorly managed. Didn't know anything about the property which meant there were issues during the tenancy. Tried to increase the price of a renewal and then when I refused, they put on the market for the original price. Check out process was a disaster, I could have got more info on where they spent my deposit money by shaking a magic 8 ball.
