Sadly we had to cancel our reservation, called early to make sure they had plenty of notice, my husband explained that I’ve been unwell and I’ve been having treatment over the last 12 months, this particular day I felt unwell due to the side-effects of my treatment and explained this in greater detail. To my disappointment and shock the restaurant has taken £20 from my account for cancellation, there was no mention of this when we made our call. I’ve left 2 messages to discuss and they haven’t returned any of my calls, shame on you Asha. I hope this doesn’t ever happened to one of your love ones.
