Shocking customer service.They messed up my booking.Then forgot to call me to say car was ready.Then made me pay but wouldn't tell me what they had done in the service or send me a record of what was done. The very rude guy on reception told me he had no idea what they did on my car and instructed me to bring it back into the garage so he could check what they did!? I told him I couldn't take more time off work to bring it back and he became very nasty and rude. I'm still waiting for the record to be emailed. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car was in for an MOT and there was 3 advisories one was the exhaust which the first quoted me £335 when I said I would look elsewhere they got it down to £266, they also said my engine was oil on the vehicle but 6 weeks before hand they did an oil and spark plug change for me so that was a bit strange, got a second opinion on the advisories and the cost me a fraction of the price they quoted.
