So stood for 6 minutes with the barrier down and missed my connection how is it possible to not raise them for 1 minute. It stops traffic too absolutely ridiculous no bridge between platforms either and this is a regular occurrence

DON'T LEAVE YOUR BIKE HERE. Despite locking mine in full view(!) of CCTV, it was nicked. Dismal, as per the other reviews. Looks like a prison but without any of the security features.

No lift for pram or wheel chair access.....thankfully i was early for my train but i had to wait 5 mins for someone to help me up 4 flights of stairs with a pushchair luggage and a sleeping baby.....ridiculous....thanks very much to the 2 kind people that helped me

No subway or bridge for pedestrians, so if the train on the other platform is late you're likely to watch your train arrive, and watch it leave.
