If there were 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough for the amazing experience I had with Ash Black Photography at Dawn's Vintage Weekender back in October. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but having been recommended the experience to help boost my inner confidence I booked a session. On meeting Ash she is super calming, patient and attententive. A real va va voom booster we all need. I left the 30 minutes with her feeling like I'd found a piece of me that was long lost and buried ... Don't doubt the amazing work as when I saw the finished pictures all that confidence and love was shown in every shot .... Thank you so much!

Ash completed a boudoir photo shoot with me at dawn's vintage weekender. No mean feat as I hate having my photo taken and this was way out of my comfort zone. She took one look at my face, gave me a hug and metaphorically held my hand the whole way through. I have never felt so safe doing something so scary. For me that was the best part. She knew exactly what poses would work for me, I looked at the photos she did for my friends at the event and we all were posed differently depending on our shapes, clothes, props and comfort level. She has such an eye for what works and tells you what doesn't in a kind but honest way, that being said she always encourages you to try your own ideas. When the photos came I bought 4. 4 of them! I honestly wasn't expecting to be able to look at photos of myself much less love them enough to buy them. 3 are now on my bedroom wall. Thank you Ash for being a part of my journey. I hope whoever is reading this finds the warmth and positivity in Ash's work as empowering as I have.

Boudoir Shoot From the first moment I met Ash I felt instantly at ease and so comfortable. As being one of those people who doesn’t relish having a camera lens pointed at them, I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my session. Ash has the most gentle, calming and warm personality and we had a lot of fun creating some amazing pics of me that I actually liked. So if you have ever wanted to try a boudoir shoot, be it for someone special like your other half or even more importantly for yourself but have felt too shy or not confident, you couldn't be in better hands. Take it from someone who normally duck’s when a camera appears, you will leave Ash’s photo shoot feeling totally empowered with a massive dose of self love and have the most beautiful pics to keep to remind you of that amazing feeling.
