It’s been 2.5 weeks since my operation at Aset. The staff made every effort to make sure my pre and post surgical experience was second to non. I highly recommend Helena at aset she’s an excellent surgeon and is very professional. I was offered Lynn who is the Emotional Well-being Practitioner from Aset who would call me throughout my recovery and when I booked my surgery. Lynn was a big help with putting my mind at ease and when i had to rearrange my surgery due to a UTI. Every effort was made by all staff at Aset to make sure I was seen ASAP. The nurses and surgical team where very professional and caring towards me. After my surgery Helena came to see me and check I was not in any pain and everything was 100% as it should be before I was discharged to go home.

Consultants were informative and answered all my questions with patience and consideration. The rooms are lovely, clean and peaceful. I have recently had breast surgery with Mr. Chandrashekar at Aset Hospital and I can honestly say the whole experience from beginning to end was outstanding! Having had numerous consultations over recent years and not feeling comfortable with proceeding anywhere else the attention to detail and level of care and patience Mr Chandrashekar shows is second to none. He is such a perfectionist at every stage of the process. He has such a lovely manner and goes above and beyond at every consultation or appointment and nothing is ever too much for him. He really is very knowledgeable and experienced therefore his advice was always a massive help to me. The facilities at Aset are so spotlessly clean and every single member of staff I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for me during my appointments and my surgery stay. From Theatre staff to ward staff I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and like I was the only patient they had to care for. In particular Abigail was so approachable, personable and helpful and was always contactable whenever I needed her for any questions or queries. I am so happy I chose Mr Chandrashekar and Aset Hospital to have my surgery.

I recently had breast surgery uplift here at aset hospital at the end of January performed by dr chandrashekar. Everything about this was 5 star from beginning to end the hospital and staff are amazing from the first consultation and dealings with Abigail who is so personable, organised and on hand to answer any questions or queries I had, down to all the staff involved in caring for me through out the operation (theatre staff, nurses, HCA’s, anaesthetist) they all made me feel relaxed calm and comfortable at all times . The facilities are spotless, modern and well equipped with everything you need. Dr Chandrashekar is outstanding and am so glad I trusted him with my procedure…he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced at what he does listening to what you want but advising you also… not once did he make me feel rushed in my consultations and his manner is just lovely to say the least. He is such a perfectionist and genuinely wants the best outcome from the operation based on what it is you have explained your end result to be… I couldn’t recommend him enough and am so glad after putting this off for years and having many other consultations that I chose him as his care and attention to detail are second to none.
