Coach Cadden
Refused the purchase of PRIME as I was with my 12yr old son.....as if to imply: 1) The attendants aren't aware of the Consumer rights act 2015 2) A 47yr old performance coach/nutrition coach cannot make parental judgement calls on how to hydrate my own son 3) 3 Staff attempted to press gang and intimidate me into following their instructions 4) Was forced to take my shopping and son out to the car so I could purchase without him in attendance 5) Forced to re-enter the shop to re-collect the drinks n attempt to purchase 6) Confronted with the same 3 staff attempting to intimidate 7) Said they would ASSUME that if I (47yr old male) was attempting to buy Blue WKD (with my teenage daughter) they would ASSUME I was buying for her. 8) They then admitted their bias and assumption and then said THEY HOPE "my son ends up in hospital getting his stomach pumped due to the high levels of caffeine in the drinks" 9) I am actually gobsmacked that these drinks are more closely policed than alcohol. Not angry Outraged and disappointed by: - The attitude - The lack of customer rights knowledge - The multitude of assumptions - The attempt in bullying, intimidation and confrontation - The vindictiveness in hoping that my son gets ill
