Honestly security that were on shift yesterday I can not thank them enough. Around 3:30pm on the 16th June 2023 we got into a car accident in the car park. (Everyone is okay) but one of the security guards stayed with me for a little to ensure I stayed calm and was ever so helpful. The guys in the car wash were also really helpful too. I cant thank them enough.

The security staff are extremely rude and hostile, I have often seen them man-handling people over something as petty as a 30p bag. The staff in self-checkout will stand over your shoulder and watch you (I’ve noticed this only happens to a certain demographic) they will not allow you to scan your own bags, it seems a fear has been ingrained in them as they get very panicky and insistent on scanning the bags themselves. I am lodging a complaint to the trading standards as they only seem to employ staff of a certain race. Review edited due to reply: I’m well aware that the bags cost 30p and have no issue paying for them. The issue lies in the fact that before you even get a chance to pay, you are being treated like a criminal.
