You have just lost yourself a customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one to leave. Fed up of going all the way there (takes an hour there and back) to find that they are closed well before advertised closing. Since they stopped been 24 hours they just close at whatever time they like. Last Friday 31 April they was closed by 10:56, today 3rd may they was closed by 10:45, they are just the last 2 times but there have been plenty more and they don't even have the decency to let there customers know by updating the closing times on there site, I do check every time but don't know why I bother tbh. clearly they think there customers time isn't worth nothing. I go late due to me suffering social anxiety so I go based on what time you advertise closing so that there will be less customers when I get there. So yeah I'm done with asda and iv got a good mind to bill you for all my wasted time. Elaborate really? Iv said everything, it's really not hard to understand. They are advertised as closing at 12am most days, but often close way earlier than that

In the context of a cost of living crisis this Asda seems more interesting in hiring plastic bag jobsworths who can't seem to walk the self service area to give you a bag to scan yourself, but rather scans it for you like you're a 5 year old child. Maybe focus more on stocking your shelves than treating people like thieves from the moment they enter your shop. Asda must be in hard times if it can't afford to not pocket the cash for plastic bags. Pathetic.
