What a joke Asda is now! Empty shelves whenever I visit it and they are now too expensive than before. Not again! Please go to Aldi few meters away.

This is the third time I have received appauling customer service from this store. I went to Asda specifically to buy a create your own pizza for dinner, as I walk up to the counter I notice the lights are off and I asked a staff member why it was closed and he laughed saying due to lack of staff despite all the ingredients being out. I went to speak to a manager and kindly requested for two pizzas to be made which she said she would arrange, I walked over to the pizza counter as per her request around 5 minutes later the same chap who I just spoke to regarding why the counter was closed starts to serve me, extremely unhappy with an attitude. I say hello and he ignores me, I ask for Woodfired base and he simply replies 'no' , not I'm sorry we haven't got it just no, he then begrudgling makes my pizzas and throws the utensils around, there is now another customer in the queue behind us waiting for a pizza as soon as the chap made my pizzas he turns around to the other customer and simply says we are closed this is disgusting customer service that I have never experienced anywhere else! I tried to call customer services but after 10 minutes on hold I gave up! I would like an email address to take this complaint further as it is completely unacceptable for your staff to have this kind of attitude towards your customers!

Horrendous customer service, Sunday 4th December, left a message on my answerphone cancelling my delivery due to staff illnes and I could change to a click and collect but left me no details on how to do this. Called back and got an automated message and then cut off, so used AskAsda which were really difficult to deal with and didn't apologise for the inconvenience. I then collected from the rather unattractive area of the understore parking who took 10 minutes to come out and just walked off, not even a smile and I packed my stuff and when I got home the security lock was on my bottle of alcohol. Spoke to askasda again and once again difficult, no reply to my emails about what happens next, no apology and no refund of delivery fees. Unhappy

I just wanted to write in praise of one of your colleagues named Russ(or Ross)who was so helpful when I needed to send parcel back. I had no address label or we code and he sat down with me until we found original email then searched till he found the car code and could print a label. I was extremely grateful.
