Just lately very sparse in the fresh fruit and vegetables department. Very little choice apart from take what's going or go to another store for a top-up shop. Not good for your reputation ASDA. Maybe you should invest in a ordering member of staff who can analyse what is actually being sold and reorder accordingly.

just a rubbish place to do ur shop. carparks always a mess, having to drive around stray trolleys and overflowing trolley sheds, never anything in stock, by the afternoon shelves are practically empty, theres almost never enough staff, especially in the evenings. please tell me why there are only two members of staff on a friday evening? and 3 on a saturday evening? tills are closed by 6pm sometimes, and selfscan ends up having queues for days. if youre going to cut staff hours, atleast replace them with more self scan machines? the shop is always unclean, the floor is absolutely filthy at times. asda seems to be prioritising saving money rather than customers.

I have really enjoyed shopping at ASDA. The introduction of the blue light card discount has been an absolute life saver in the current cost of living crisis. Now with the blue light card being combined with the ASDA rewards app you are benefiting so much as you build your cash pot to spend within the store. Really good work by ASDA looking after it's public services.

I don’t even know if Asda even read their reviews about staff however… The reasoning for my 5 stars is because of Danny! He was collecting trolleys in the car park upon my arrival and I was getting my little boy out of the car and he chased me to give me a trolly for him, he could see I was struggling to carry him towards the store! Kindness like this costs nothing.. what a great staff member you have there!

Today at around 21.45 on the 5.5.23 I went to asda to purchase some items. One of the items being a pack of pampers nappies with a pampers voucher. There was a fair skin lady at the self service till wearing a mask pointing at me saying I was in here last time with a voucher and how I couldn't use a (different) voucher again. She was very rude miserable and abrupt and always has a problem with me everytime I enter the store. Nowhere in the store does it say i can't use the voucher or collect for someone else. There are several different pampers vouchers that are on offer. If staff wish to get the voucher they can also request it online. Also if I am given vouchers from other people I am going to use them. There was another lady at the self service till who was Asian whom allowed me to use the voucher. However when I asked for the fair skin lady's name so I could make a complaint she didn't allow me too have it hence why I am writing this review. Some of the staff in Asda require customer service training. The service in this asda is poor and shocking and if you read the reviews they speak for themselves. Either you allow people to use the pampers or you stop them all together but what I won't have is anyone pointing or raising there voice because I will do exactly the same.

I absolutely love the staff and security, they're all genuinely great people ❤️ self service tills never have a queue - probably as customers love chatting to the lovely cashier's! Self service needs improvement because there's usually only 1 or 2 staff members available to sign off items (ID checks etc..). However, STAFF NEED BETTER HEATING!! It's always so cold and they're walking around freezing in scarfs and gloves. I wish they were treated better as they're all part of the wider community, an extended family to many of their customers.
