We had an amazing experience. We went to the cafe with 5 kids. All 5 were unsure of what to have , changing minds and being naughty. The ladies on the service were so kind and patient. We absolutely loved the dinners and we are definitely coming back soon. Oh I forgot to mention that they served us all and they reminded us the ice-cream that we kept forgetting. We are amazed. Thank you for the possibilities experience 🤗

Absolute shocking excuse of a store. I visited the store obviously for some shopping but nipped to the toilet beforehand, the cleaner or so to speak had her trolley right outside the female toilets and she was messing in the cupboard on the left side. There was a huge puddle of water outside with NO sign on it causing me to slip and fall. I reported it to the manager who was adamant there was a sign but clearly wasn’t as if there was I wouldn’t of been able to get through as it was blocked by the trolley and the girl in the cupboard, also if there was a sign I wouldn’t of stepped in the puddle, will never be back to this poor excuse of a store!

We went to asda swinton for something to eat at 1.30 on Sunday 30th April and we got told that there was only pizza left to eat. how can a cafe that is open until 4 o’clock run out of food at 1.30. Very poor service.

Typical Asda, very close to me so I go here daily. Often they have fresh produce out of stock, but it's a busy shop and it's expected. One thing bugged me of late which prompted be to leave a less than favourable review: inconsistent prices between shelve and checkout. Nearly every time I go there tends to be one item that's priced lower at the shelve and it ends up higher at the checkout. Last example was at Haagen Dazs Ice Cream, where 2x 4 packs had an offer of 2 for £5, but ended up being £3.5 each. Upon querying this, I've been told it's actually a promotion on another ice-cream (although the full shelve was just Haagen Dazs and there were multiple promotion signs around the shelves. I ended up paying £7 instead of £5. Whilst I still bought the item, this started to happen way too often to be just a coincidence. It doesn't affect me that badly and I typically notice it easily, but this surely puts more financial stress on people who might not notice it or afford such mistakes (thinking of elderly). It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to cross reference prices. I understand staff might be overworked, but it's just odd that this seems to happen more often now with the prices of everything going up. Lastly, some fresh produce seem to not have printed "Best before" dates. I understand some reasoning to this, but I prefer to have more transparency on what the codes mean when I make a choice of specific produce.
