My mum just had very bad experience here as she doesn’t speak English and the cashier took 30pound off from her hand straight away without check out and my mum had to use her body language asking him the money back . The cashier(a man) then tried to give her 10 pound back and keep the 20 in his hand . My mum said Nonono then he gave 20back to my mum . He then started to scan everything and it only costs about 8 pound in total . It was awful that he was actually trying to keep the money . If my mum wasn’t asking it back using body language or if she didn’t understand how much she had to pay . Then she may loose 30 pound for only 8 pound food .
