Never seem to have stuff in stock and randomly stop selling things. I’m dairy and gluten free so was over the moon when they started selling gluten and dairy free croissants and cookies. They’ve stopped selling them now which is really disappointing

Great local shop, where the staff are always happy to help. Great to see the shop supports charities by allowing them to have a stand in the shop. This shop is missing the fresh fish counter and yet has an area for Sushi (yuk) and has the make your own pizza. They also have the hot counter for the cooked chicken and sausage sandwich but nowhere to sit down to eat, unless you sit around the bandstand and look at the people in McDonald's!

I went on the self scan tills had a £6 voucher for a free pack of pampers pj pants nappies I scanned the voucher put it in the box for voucher s I had to get a member of staff over as it did not take the total off of the voucher I was told by a member of staff oh well I have to pay the full price for them at which point I told them to take the £6 off my shopping total as I did not want them need to train your staff in better customer service I felt very let down and now thinking of shopping esle where like tescos maldon

Was here earlier, 4 people were waiting for scan and go validation but there was one person trying to look after scan & go and self service which was an absolute sham. Poor woman was running around various checkouts and was clearly very stressed. More staff are needed at checkouts, more team leaders are needed to properly manage the checkouts, when issues arise staff should be sent to the checkouts.

Just been informed that an item is out of stock on my grocery delivery, just checked online and it is there to order today, so why hasn't replacement been added? impossible to get through to speak to someone it's all automated rubbish terrible customer service you should always be able to speak to someone.
