Only 5 tills now when there used to be about a dozen. Only 3 were staffed. Took 20 minutes to queue to pay. Self service(which I hate) also rammed so won't be returning. Shall start using an alternative 😡

The shop often has low or no stock of lots of items and restocking only seems to happen at night, very few people on shop floor to go and have a look. However the staff that are the there are mostly good and please give Cath who helped with my shopping on Tuesday 16th March 23 at around 20:45 employee of the month prize

Disgusting approach to customers complaints. I was told after having to wait an extra day for my groceries that I would get a phone call apologising for the inconvenience of having to wait an extra day due to the delivery driver Samuel for quiting his job through his shift. But as I have not had any call I assume they don't give a toss about there customers.. well for one I won't be shopping there again.. there was a great inconvenience to me. For a few weeks in a row now Asda Sittingbourne you are shocking!! I've done online orders for collection your either giving me gone off food or just not bothering to put it in, last Sunday I made a click and collect and when I opened the strawberries and raspberries to do my son's pack lunch it was mouldy 🤢 and when I started my roast dinner the swede was rotton the whole way through! Today I've done a another click and collect for lots to be not put in, I went into store to find everything you said was out of stock!! And when I said to a member of your staff about it the attitude on her is shocking!

I shop here outbof ease due to its location and the scan and go makes things easier. This store is a let down as it hardly ever has the things u want in stock, meaning u either pay for more expensive version or u go to a different shop.

I ordered a gas bottle for my soda stream and when I went to to replace the old one I was sent an empty one. I asked for a refund and refused. I've now not only lost £23 I've also go to try to find a replacement. That's one regular customer they've now lost.
