Last 3 trips to the Rugby ASDA cafe One - got there at 5.05pm, told they were taking no more orders - fair enough Two - ordered kids nuggets, didn't have any nuggets. Ordered burger, didn't have any buns. Both ended up ordered things we didn't really want. Three - ordered breakfast at 11.45am. 12.15pm no breakfast, I asked and was told I'd been forgotten, overlooked. It eventually came and wasn't very hot, which was ok as I had to eat and run anyway as the delay meant I was running late for other things. I can't blame the staff really, it seems like there's never enough people to correctly run the cafe. Like there's 1/2 people trying to do everything from order taking to cooking to cleaning to serving. I'll not rush back. As for the supermarket, not great. There's often online order pickers that block the aisles with their little carts and replenishers blocking the aisles with cages etc. It's kind of like the customers in the store are insignificant, online orders far more important. It makes me wonder why they don't have the capacity for online orders to be picked directly from the warehouse outback, keep them off the shop floor as it were, but there's probably not enough room back there.

Extremely bad experience from staff at the till . Absolutely disgusting and rude attitude from a lady at the till. When I requested not to be rude, answer was Go and make a complaint. She also mentioned her name Sylvia. Very disappointed from this terrible customer service . Definitely there is a managerial issue or lack of Customer Service training.
