Overly expensive these days. Prices are going insanely high but the quality of the products doesn't match. Most of the staff are great, but some don't even try with you. It used to be a great place to shop. You can't try clothes on any more at all, and it'll be blamed on covid closing the changing rooms, but it never reopened. I avoid unless I absolutely have to.

So I went in at 10.30pm and was told there wasn't anyone trained to serve me at the vape counter 🤷🏻♀️. I carried on with my shopping regardless, when checking out I noticed someone was being served , I went over and asked them why they couldn't serve me, he looked confused and served me. The next time it was 11pm and when buying my vape I asked the staff member what training he had to undergo to serve people vapes, he had no idea what I was on about and told me that whoever told me that was just saying it because they couldn't be bothered going behind the counter and serving me. Another time again after 10pm I was told no again, this time I refused to move until she served me, which in the end she did. Staff here are lazy, if you asked them for help its always too much trouble for them

Gone are the days when Asda was great. Seems to be a last resort store now. Which isn't the fault of the store workers but the fault of the greedy owners and dreadful senior management.

I love this store clean and cared but I think they should try and start putting more PRIME HYDRATION (BOTTLES) or PRIME ENERGY (CANS) since they are in other Asda’s because I come from far away to find PRIME and there is none there.

Avoid at all costs. Rude, unpleasant and untruthful staff. We ordered 10 items via Deliveroo only to recieve 2 items. The staff are so untruthful that they still registered 10 items for payment. That is theft.
