One of the best Asdas I have shopped at. Used this supermarket for 10 years now never disappointed. Only improvement I would suggest is that all the handheld scanning devices that is very popular needs to be expanded and more of them need to be charged and ready to use. Since that is the most convenient way to shop and pay, its just a disappointment that during peak times there isn't enough or they don't work, Also get more support workers at the counter for sslf check out cause there always is issues.

The most silliest thing I saw in my life. Went into the shop to buy some things when the shop opened, took me and my kids about 10 mins to grab everything we needed but I was shocked when I went to the tills to pay, there was a huge line of around 15 people standing there, when I asked why the line wasn’t moving I was informed that ALL the TILLS(self serving, staffed and kiosks) open in another 20 minutes, which means a full 30 minutes after opening the doors to customers. WHY? By the time the the full 30 minutes was over and they finally opened the tills, just at self service there was a queue of at least 80 people standing in a line. WHY? And the weirdest part was there was a staff member in the self service area just standing there smirking at all the customers. This was such a silly experience, you have opened the doors to customers to walk in and shop but when they go to pay, we have to wait 30 minutes. People don’t have that time. Some people are on their way to work, or the gym, going out with the kids(school holiday period), on the way to an appointment or meeting, whatever it might be but Asda made us wait 30 minutes to pay for our items. People were getting frustrated. An elderly woman who was struggling with breathing(medical condition) waiting in line to pay for her items, a couple of elderly gentleman having to stand on their feet in a queue for 30 minutes, I personally counted 2 pregnant woman struggling to do the same, and parents with kids having to wait also, so I ask Asda again, WHY? No where in my 40years on this earth have I experienced, witnessed or even heard of this, ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. No other Major supermarket, shop or even local convenience store does this. WHY ASDA, WHY? And being ignored and blanked by staff is even worse, They have this rude attitude towards customers of “stand and wait in the queue for 30 minutes to pay until we are ready and give you permission to do so, or you can put everything back and leave, and leave empty handed, HAHA” WHAT? WHY? Fix it up Asda, fix it up.

I used the option to order online and pick up in store. It was great because I didn't have worry about waiting for a delivery when I know I wouldn't be in

Was being served at checkout and there was a spillage. Supervisor told cashier to clean the spillage when she could have done it herself. Bad customer service
