I recently visited an Asda store, looking forward to a pleasant shopping experience before heading to the movies. However, I was disappointed by a series of inconveniences, mainly related to the state of the restroom facilities. Firstly, I was taken aback to find that the baby room and the restroom for people with disabilities were closed. Although I didn't need to use these specific facilities myself, I found it concerning considering the needs of other customers. I opted to use the men's restroom instead, but to my dismay, it was poorly maintained. There was paper strewn everywhere in the stalls, reflecting a disappointing lack of cleanliness. Exiting the stall, I noticed two of the sinks were marked as out of order. Undeterred, I decided to try a third sink that seemed functional. However, I soon discovered that it, too, was faulty despite not having a warning sign. I attempted to use a temporary sink, only to find it was also non-operational. This left me with soap on my hands for an extended period. For individuals with sensitive skin, such as myself, this can cause skin irritation. I was left with no choice but to purchase wipes from the store to clean my hands. This was not just inconvenient but also raised concerns about the health and safety standards of the store. Given the state of the restrooms, I believe they pose potential safety and health hazards and should be temporarily closed until they meet the necessary hygiene standards. This was indeed a disappointing experience, and I hope that Asda management takes prompt action to address these issues and ensure better maintenance in the future.

Always fairly well stocked but I've had a bad experience with staff at the self service tills. One was too busy chatting to a colleage to help me and another shook her head and rolled her eyes at me when she eventually came to help. I asked if there was a problem and she said I looked sad. This was rude enough but shaking your head is hardly how you treat someone if you think they look down. When I said I'd had a long day she made some passive aggressive remark about her day too. Not how to treat customers when they're waiting for help. Visited 27/6,at tge tills between 3.30/3.45pm. The staff member I spoke to was a short, older woman.

Click and collect service is absolutely shocking this is the 2nd time I have been waiting more than half an hour and had to go into the store to get staff to go and sort it out. I use this service as it's meant to be more convenient for me rather than going into store but it's now wasting my time Order 3062382000464
