Awful, awful awful, once again this shop shows its true colours. Just did an order and 4 or 5 items are missing, they replaced them with stuff I don't even like and didn't even refund me or call me to tell me. This is disgusting, over charged me and now I can't get in contact with anyone, I need the cereal I order but didn't get a chance to replace since they didn't call me. Scummy store who treats they customers even worse. Answer your phone!

Oh dear. 3 days before Christmas and Asda bentalls Heybridge was so disorganized. Went early to get it done. Only one lady covered 7 self service checkouts also one regular checkout and tobacco/lottery. I already had shopping on conveyor belt, the one person serving had to see to a customer on self service, left me waiting. A lady from bakery went to get help. Eventually the store manager arrived, offered no solution, bakery lady said shall I serve on the checkout, manager walked away!! Bakery lady was lovely, but inexperienced on checkout, so, had to wait for original lady who then came off self service to serve me. Absolute nightmare. WHY aren't more staff on, and what let two go for breaks at the same time. Poor, very poor
