Worst Asda i have been in for customer service. Visited this store at 14.15 on 27th April. I had a small trolley and so seeing as there were only three till operators working with long queues we went to the trolley self service checkout. The only problem is the first thing we put through was a bottle of wine so it needed a store login. We stood and waited. There were no staff in the immediate area. A bit further down on the basket self service there were three staff stood talking. A few minutes later a few of us had red lights flashing. Still no one around. I then saw one of the staff with long brown hair look over so i waved to het her attention. She waved back as if to say she would be two minutes. 2 minutes passed and still no one coming over to sort out all the flashing lights. However shortly after the member of staff with the long brown hair came over, sorted out two of the flashi g lights then just walked off completely ignoring us. She then went back down to proceed talking. At that point a staff member with a blonde bob hairstyle came walking down. I asked for her help and she didnt even make eye contact. She just carried on walking and said 'i cant do anything about it!. She didnt say 'let me get someone' or try to help in anyway. We eventually aborted the idea and went and stood in one of the long checkouts with the trolley. The service there was much better. ASDA get your act together with your staff.

Large supermarket with a good bakery, fresh cooked in store products, clothing section, pharmacy and Asdas own small cafeteria serving pizzas etc for eating in or take away. All the normal food stuffs, pet food, etc that you'd get in most supermarkets. Staff are helpful and queues not too bad although a busy shop. Obviously some product shortages eg eggs - but that's like everywhere at the moment. Plenty of parking although not enough spaces for disabled often. Petrol prices way more expensive than Sainsbury.

I shop there regularly and find it a great store - the staff are always super helpful if an item is not on the shelves and always check for you ... . Scan and go is a really useful add on to adsa services and I use it all the time .. . The food range is good given the stores size restrictions due to its location but more popular things can go out of stock later in the day , which just a size restriction thing not staffs fault at all .. . Over all it's a pleasure to shop there !

Once when I went there there's was loads of people going crazy over this drink I think is called prime. There was even a security guard watching the prime. I think the maximum amount was 3 but didn't buy any. Asda sells loads of food and even has a pizza deal where you can get a free sky movie with a pizza and a drink. You can buy loads of things from asda including clothes, toys, electronics, food and much more. I love drinking the asda sports drinks because £1.35 for 2L is a great deal. There's also a petrol station where they like to scam you. Definitely visit this place 👍
