Very disappointed. Signed up for a blue light card and was looking forward to using it only to be denied at the daft checkout being told they stopped using it..the products are already expensive so this might have helped a little..sorry but I won't use this place again..

Unfortunately it’s only 3 stars. Multiple times I’ve been in for a vegan option from the fridges for lunch & nothing. The store itself does have a large selection of free from/vegan options tho.

Disappointed with food & non-food stock levels. Some staff gathered in groups chatting instead of helping. Some were not especially friendly. Long waits at checkout. Self checkout had faults. Not a retailer I'll be in a rush to revisit I'm afraid.
