Lazy uninterested staff. On several occassions I've had to physically get the attention of member of staff at self serve machine to authorise my alcohol purchase because they were too busy chatting to each other. So rude!! Never happens at Asda Dome, or say other supermarkets I shop in! Sort yourselves out!! Most recent occasion today 27th May 2023 at 12.30pm dark haired lad and blonde lady staff members stood no more than a couple of metres away from me and the machine I was using, both ignored me when I tried to get eye contact, but if they had been doing what they are allegedly paid to do then they'd have spotted I needed assistance. I believe I used the term "airy fairy" as I walked off afterwards, and that was me being polite. Just sick of the repeatedly bad service in this store! I try as much as possible to go elsewhere but sometimes I have no choice as its my nearest supermarket.

Customers have to queue to even get a trolley! This has been going on for sometime, it is not a recent thing, allegedly trolleys are being stolen....but they have security to prevent this from happening, confused!!

came out of Aldi counted my money I had 110 pounds then Went to carcroft asda Saturday my Bill was 79 pound my partner gave me a 20 for some things he got so that was 140 pounds I had I put a ten pound in machine if came back so I put a 20 pound in it took it so then I started to putting my tenners in putting it in I realised the amount was not going down I told one of the young girls what was watching the machine one came to me I told her the amount was not not going down as it should be there was 20 pound left to pay she took a nother tenner off me put it in machine and said see I told her that I had 140 pound and I have put my money in machine and ended paying 129 pound instead of 79 pound the other girl took me to the customer service and told the lady what ad happened and they took my phone number and said that when they checked it they would phone me as it would have got jammed in machine and she can't sort it now it's Tuesday and I am still waiting for them to sort it out it's a joke Asda as if people can afford to lose 50 pound these days
