Awful customer service. Gets 1 ⭐️. So disappointed in Asda . Selling mouldy stinky onions and some of their fruits . When I made a complaint and asked for refund asda suspended my account!!!! Don’t bother . Go to Morrisons or Tesco with reasonable prices. Fix up Asda . Suspending my account won’t fix your problem

Because of my disability, I need more space to walk around, and as this Asda doesn't have a wide accessible checkout, the least they can do is to ensure disabled people have the full space available. There was a checkout operator opening the entry gate and having a long overdue catchup with another colleague. I politely asked her to move into her seat, and free up the space so I can easily pass, to which she snapped 'Can you not get through that space?'. I wouldn't be asking in the first place if I didn't need the space, I replied I need the full space, to which she again snapped 'I don't know what you're saying' and angrily resumed her work. Here's a tip, learn some manners because this behaviour is a disgrace to Asda, especially when I've not had any problem at any other Asda store. And I've been to alot of Asda stores, even as far as Scotland. Losing some weight might help too, as that particular checkout operator (whose name I couldn't see), might not take up as much space, and I wouldn't have to ask her to move in the first place. EDIT 11/4/23: Response to Hope: The colleague was morbidly obese with brown hair, and looked to be in her 60s. The incident happened at around 6pm on Saturday 8th April. I really don't see the point of providing further details as at this stage, judging by other reviews, it's very clear staff at this Asda seem to have an attitude problem which is not limited to one isolated incident, and should be sorted as a general priority.
