Our collection slot was for 11:30am - 12:00pm, we arrived and parked in one of the designated Click and Collect bays at 11:30am and because once again the app wasn’t working properly, we called through to inform the team that we had arrived for collection. We heard nothing for 45 minutes. We had to enter the store to inform customer service that my order hadn’t arrived nor had there been any communication. The lady at the desk called the relevant staff member and was told the order hadn’t even been prepared yet. We had to wait another HOUR for our order to arrive. I had my wife and two children sat in the car, it was an extremely hot and muggy day, and we had plans for the rest of the day of which were ruined because we had to wait nearly two hours to collect my order, with no communication. We could have parked up, gone in the store and collected our own shopping in half the time it took our order to be available. The staff member who brought out the order offered me a £10 voucher which we feel is an insult given the fact it was an £83 order, and our day was spoiled as a result. Extremely unhappy with the service today and will be pursuing a full refund for the inconvenience.

Store shutting at 10pm. Headed to the lottery desk at 9:15pm to cash my £2 winning but was turned down because they've already cashed up. Now this was my only way to pay an item I desperately needed. Went to service desk to make my case and said there's nothing they could do. There is nowhere I can see that says I can't get my prize after certain time.

I bought a ASDA-HP 302XL print ink in this store and the quality is really bad. I wanted to return it, but the lady at the customer desk said that I didn't keep the package of the ink, so I could not return it. All right, that is my fault. I asked her where I could recycle the ink, because there was a ASDA envelope inside the ink package which says we can recycle old ink in any ASDA store. The lady did not know and I asked the safety guard sitting near the door, he said there was no recycle point in this store. Well done, ASDA.

Not as cheap as they make out, some prices are even more than M&S these days for the same products!

No tills open (self checkout only) and I had to wait ages for my click and collect order that wasn't ready. When it arrived the 2 boxes of wine that I ordered came loose in a crate! Not a great experience.

Appalling customer service. Why does it take 4+ people 10-15 minutes to fix a self scan machine and give me my money back, no communication during that time, they refused to check the cctv (which I know is easily accessible at the front of the store!) instead I had to wait for a manager to finish their break!!!! To fix the machine and give me my money back who then proceeds to shout at me and tell me I needed to apologise to her colleague because I stressed to her colleague for no less than the THIRD TIME that I needed to leave i had a baby whos dinner i was buying that I was just left there with nobody communicating to me how they intended to resolve the situation. The staffs behaviour is appalling, I suggest if you're unhappy with the job find another one rather than take it out on your customers. And it shouldn't take 5 people to open a self scanner, that's embarrassing.
