Asda, what a diabolical way to treat any disabled customers!!!! Wednesday I placed a delivery order as I cannot easily get out and about. I paid for express delivery, 12.30/1.30, I waited at my kitchen window sitting on a stool, it did Not come, no one came to my door nor did I see anyone looking for my home. I checked at 2.15 the tracking it said it was being picked… also it asked if they had the right address, it did not so was told to ring, I was told yes they had the right address it was minutes away. At 4p.m I rang again to be told the driver couldn’t get an answer at my door and my shopping had been returned to the store. So I had no dinner weds thurs fri it was just toast I had to eat. And today I am still waiting for them to return my money so I can shop else where. I will NEVER use this service again. Shocking way to treat anyone!!!!
