every time I go, I encounter extremely rude, disrespectful, overweight sullen employees. Such rude employees who do not respect customers should be fired immediately, including managers. I am ashamed for myself. If you do not like your job, stay at home.where disrespectful employees abound.

Thought id give asda cafe another go after not having the best experience in another location the first time and i wish i didn’t. The staff were so rude , at least the lady who served me was. I asked for soup and she just yelled “ no soup” I understand things aren’t always available as i work in a cafe myself but manners cost nothing, it also took a long time for someone to even serve us. The lady saw we were waiting and didn’t even say anything as maybe she was busy but just left me standing there and another customer noticed this too. The prices aren’t so bad but the cheeseburger was not great, no thought put into it at all. This place has good potential but i was very disappointed with the service received especially from the staff! ( Please note this is the cafe staff not the store staff, not had any issues with them”)

Very helpful staff, nice large store with a great range and very cheap too. I've never had to queue as they have a lot of self service tills, meaning you can quickly nip in and get out fast, which is ideal for me. Highly recommended.

Asda click and collect service was not very convenient following a 30 minute wait for my groceries with my 4 and 5 year old loosing the plot in the back of the car whilst we waited! I paid for this service to avoid taking my children into the store whilst unwell however it was more stressful sitting in the car waiting this length of time. I could have done my shopping and have been home by the time boy wonder appeared with my shopping. The link on the email doesn’t work to notify the staff your there and the staff take forever to answer the phone. To add insult to injury, the Disney princess birthday cake I purchased in store on Friday was absolutely terrible and a big disappointment for my daughter as all the kids were spitting it out.
