This company is a tragedy. I've placed an order on the 18th of May with 3-5 days delivery time, after 12 days with no sign of the glasses I phoned them and the lady said I need to wait for another 2 weeks! (by the way the glasses was on stock according to their website) I refused to wait and requested a refund. I had to wait 2 weeks for receiving the refund and I had to call them 3 times until I finally got my money back. This company is a real joke if you don't want a headache, don't order from them! I will never again either...

Put a large order through their website as they said item was ‘in stock’ waited several days before calling only to be told they are waiting for stock. Very frustrating as website said they were in stock. Items won’t be delivered for several day Very annoying as I would have ordered them elsewhere

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Absolutely appalling to deal with. Ordered on 15th December, with products supposedly in stock. Order didn't arrive (was for Christmas present). Emailed, no response. Rang and was told cups were out of stock (they would have known this when I placed my order). Was told they didn't know when they would be back in stock. Asked for refund. Was told it would be 5 working days, despsite paying via Payal and knowing it can be refunded immediately back as I run a business and do the same for my customers if necessary. Asked for refund confirmation to be emailed to me whilst on hold, with paypal screenshot. Cut off and hung up on repeatedly (12 TIMES) by Katrina Sloan when I asked for proof of refund. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Ordered 24 ramekins in September which I required for an event, only to be told weeks later after taking payment that they weren't in stock and are due to be in stock in October, kindly offered a refund or the option to wait and I wanted the items in question so waited! Few more weeks go by and still nothing so after numerous unanswered phonecalls and emails I finally get an auto reply. Then a real human who informs me they'd been delivered around 10 days prior. Zero notification my end. Also delivered to the complete wrong address through absolutely no fault of my own. £90 down the drain and absolutely zero help offered. Been to the address numerous times and they're denying any and all knowledge despite the threat of police action, over some ramekins.... I know 🙄. Its more so the monetary principle anyway. 1 star for customer service and for selling products you don't even have in stock!!! Had to serve 24 Brulees in some bog standard ramekins and I'm still not over it. 🤣
