We enjoyed an incredible first class customer service, from an experienced and passionate Hatter. The entire appointment was conducted with great professionalism and enthusiasm, making the whole experience a pleasure. I could not attend the shop to get the correct fitting so I rang the shop to get some advice. The gentlemen was friendly and talked me through sizing, measurements and care.
