I’ve booked my Taxi online for 22:15 while I was in Zurich. I landed at 21:45 so I gave to driver 30 min so driver not need to Wait for me long as I was a taxi driver for a year I know this pain. Suddenly someone calling me minute after my landing that they want to charge me more for extra waiting which you shouldn’t be here for next half an hour as I said I will be outside in about 20 min so still before time I booked fare. Additional £1,5 for text message when is already 22:12 and no one here being late ?? Is this a joke was nothing on quote made online. I’ve been chauffeur executive for more than some of your guys working and always 25 min of waiting was included always as far I remember. I dodo today trip to Zurich and flight back to UK and local driver can’t be on time. Anyway you driver should wait for his client not clients for their drivers. Last time I used this for sure. Strongly not recommend to my friends better watch out google it this company. I am still waiting posting this review and was already paid online so nothing what I can do.
