I was referred to Ascot Rehab in summer 2017 to treat some persistent pins and needles in my feet, which were thought to be caused by my spine pressing down on a nerve. I had also broken my rib in an accident and was in considerable pain. Silvia Roccato took time to understand the nature of the problem, administering physiotherapy and developing a programme of daily exercises for me to follow. After a handful of sessions the rib felt much better. I've kept up the exercises since and I'm glad to report that the pain has completely gone and the pins and needles have also vanished. My posture is better too. I am eternally grateful, Ascot and Silvia!
