I dropped a gold necklace in and he has just ruined the real gold and melted it to fix it.... it was my 21st bday present years ago and holds really sentimental value to my family and he has absolutely ruined it!

Took some gold into this place and repair should have taken less than 2 weeks, he's had it for over 12 weeks and been reading some terrible stories on Facebook about this man. He keeps making excuses about he does not have the code to open the safe. Found him rude, obnoxious and rips people off when trying to sell to him. This place is basically a prison and the guy just needs to retire and allow a proper business person to take over.
