    Sending invoices 6 months late,all the time and wrong hours and amounts on the invoices.office guessing your hours to get invoices out quickly,even when hours were not used.social services informed,which i beleive is fraud..Not able to cover care constantly,sometimes not at all.fast turnover of over worked staff and not enough staff which effected my care and my social time.sometimes was sent strangers wasn't sure they had any care experience behind them,due to their lack of ability even to use a microwave or make a hot drink.served cold uncooked food and drinks on a number of occasions,which was supposed to be hot.lack of responceability from some carers sent towards my dog and myself.over all worked well for first year,started to go down hill in the second year when Ascot care couldn't keep to their side of the agreed care,lack of reliable staff,poor communication,from Ascot office and management,very unprofessional.I wouldn't use their services again.and unless your stupid nor should you,.you have been warned.concidering informing the care commission.
