The lady at Chelmsford is very pleasant and the environment is satisfactory. However, she is always late, finishes the sessions early and barely seems to put any effort in during the hands on procedure. I've had sessions last as short as 8 minutes and lucky if they ever got to 20.

The therapist was appalling, I was in and out within 19mins, 5mins of that was spent treating my injury 1 handed whilst the other hand was in her pocket! She was late and appeared bored throughout. She gave me no exercises to do until I queried this after she told me I was done for the day. A formal complaint has been made and I will not be going back to her.
