The team filled me with confidence and reassurance and are all professional and kind. I don’t even know where to start first of all they gave me the wrong appointment time, and I had to wait in the reception area for over an hour and a half to be seen. They never texted me my appointment and told me over the phone. that it would be at a certain time and I came at that time only to wait. The dentist only saw me for about a minute just to tell me to essentially go somewhere else and that she does not want to help me with my issue. So I came all the way to be told to go home. I had also asked for other dental treatments and she told me to see my regular dentist which is fully booked, and I’m currently in pain which is why I came there in the first place. Very bad customer service and they also made me feel like my dental issues was not important, despite me telling them that I was in pain, and I was uncomfortable with the look of my teeth . I have been in pain for weeks without seeing a dentist and I finally thought that they would help me, but unfortunately they just wasted my time. They could’ve easily told me over the phone they did not want to assist me. However they waited until I came there and wasted my time to tell me that my pain isn’t their business. I was initially hopeful to come to this clinic due to all the good reviews, but I was greatly disappointed.

Ascent dental practice have done a great job with my teeth! The staff are friendly aswell. I would suggest one improvement that would be on time management. As I have had to wait 25-30 mins more for my turn despite booking an appointment.

AMAZING! Staff are all lovely, very welcoming, and polite. I was seen about 3-4 hours after calling for an appointment and was told by other dentist that I couldn't be seen for at least a week! Not only did they see me the same day, but they also treated the issue immediately. The dentist who treated me was also great! Explaining everything to me and listening to my concerns made me feel very comfortable. Couldn't be happier with my experience... Would highly recommend.
