Doing one star as I can't rate lower. Avoid working for this company at all costs. Not worth your sanity! Ascensos makes you feel belittled and trapped. Massively underappreciated and that no other company will want you. You lose your self esteem and self worth working for this company. The management on the campaign I was on were bullies who smack their team down rather than build them up. Genuinely disgusting people who should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS JOB!!! I don't care how desperate you are. This job made me mentally ill due to the managerial bullying. Now I've gone, I feel lighter and more myself. Best feeling ever!! Scrubbing toilets would be more enjoyable than this job. Save yourself the pain and work ANYWHERE else. Also... As a side note... Most of the positive reviews I've seen here have been members of management. These are the people who make this place unbareable to work there. Saying its a caring place that values people. Absolute crock. Trust the bad reviews and save yourself the pain.
