We recently moved from Webposse to Ascensor during a transition period. We had an employee app developed bespoke to our business. I have worked with Ascensor for a couple of months now and have received an excellent service. When ever we have any issues, we email their helpdesk and they respond almost immediately, the service level agreements are great! So far they have developed a couple of modules for us, and the plan is to develop more, the service and modules we have received have been outstanding! I honestly cannot recommend them enough! Andy Nicholls, has been a key player in the transition and set up of the new modules, he his very knowledgeable, works to spec and goes above and beyond what we would expect. If you're looking for an employee app to help to engage staff and improve your communication and engagement strategies then look no further!
