I purchased balloons here as I was proposing to my girlfriend and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They helped me choose balloons and even had one customised to say "will you marry me" It was a good price and will definitely be going back again when needed. I have also been here several times before for costumes and decorations and they have always had what I want and been stress free and friendly.

I needed some balloons filled with helium and a light inside to let go in remembrance of my partners late dad. Despite it being very late and close to their closing time they were more than happy to do it for me, they also recommend having a white heart with gold writing. It was perfect. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The shop Itself is much bigger than it looks from outside with a massive range of balloons and banners. Will definitely use them again in the future.
